Shipping policy

Once we receive your order, you can expect for it to be processed/packed within 2-4 business days (This excludes public holidays).
How long your order takes to reach you is dependent on your location, in accordance with AUS post shipping times.
Generally, 2-8 days for regular shipping and 1-4 days for express shipping. 

Sweet Sisters Boutique offers both standard and express shipping options for all Domestic orders.

Once your order has processed/packed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Sweet Sisters Boutique does not take responsibility for any lost/damaged parcels once the package has been lodged with courier company.

UPDATING YOUR ADDRESS
At checkout don't forget to double check you have provided us with the correct address. If you have put an incorrect address please make sure you email us at sweetsistersboutique11@gmail.com within 2 hours so that we can make sure your beauties get to their rightful home!
